Best Paper Award for Young DIBRIS Researchers Lucrezia Grassi and Zoe Betta

Two researchers from the RICE lab, DIBRIS, were finalists for the Best Paper Award at the 33rd IEEE International Conference on Robot and Human Interactive Communication (IEEE RO-MAN 2024) in Pasadena.

Zoe Betta is currently a PhD student in DRIM, the international PhD program in Robotics and Intelligent Machines coordinated by the University of Genoa. Lucrezia Grassi recently received her PhD in Bioengineering and Robotics from DIBRIS.

The conference covers a wide range of topics related to Human-Robot Interaction, including theories, methodologies, technologies, and empirical and experimental studies.
